Hudsons in St John Street

I really don't get some of the things that the coffee franchises do,  such as offering coffee in a bucket sized takeaway container, like wtf.  Thankfully Hudsons is the kind on franchise coffee shop that still gives you a coffee in a cup.  The coffee itself was a decent flavour and made well at a good temperature.  Espresso and Cappuccino where fine, the flat white lacked a bit of crema and milk feel but worth the stop by.  The interior is pretty relaxed with couches as well as table chairs with pleanty to read and a big TV to goggle at.  Food seems plentiful in variety and served to your table and they have bagels, like for some reason these are as rare in Launceston as Tasmanian Tiger poop.

Generally a good standard spot for a decent coffee without too many bells and whistles.  Would go back again.
